and encourages children in their socio-emotional, cognitive and physical development.Children are helped
to feel good about themselves and their abilities.
At LBLC, we express our mission in terms of three broad goals:

for future success by providing an age-appropriate, engaging curriculum;
2) Create a dynamic and challenging, yet nurturing and safe
learning environment; and,
3) Establish LBLC as the preeminent provider of childcare in Central
